Ca' Ramarra - Holiday Farmhouse with Sea View and Swimming Pool
Ca' Ramarra is a farmhouse of 1798 carefully renovated in 1994 when we started our business. It is located on the hills surrounded by the quietness of the countryside facing the Adriatic cost. Our farmhouse is close to Pesaro and Fano, major cities of culture and tourism in Le Marche region, Italy.
Our family business has an extension of 9 hectares organically grown with cereals, fodder, olives, vineyards, fruits and vegetables. Alessandra, Luciano and Luca take care of the hospitality and the maintenance of the Holiday Farmhouse.
Thanks to the wonderful and quite location overlooking the Adriatic Sea, our Holiday Farmhouse with Swimming Pool can satisfy all guests needs:

I am Alessandra's husband and I work with her in the farm management. I am the owner of Bagnacciuga Restaurant. The ideal place for dining by the sea.

Chef, Poet and Traveler. I welcome the guests of the farmhouse and I take care of the farm subsistence.

Ca 'Ramarra is a Typical Italian Farmhouse dating back to 1798, very spacious, comfortable and cozy.
This Farmhouse has two floors of 200 square meters each.
GROUND FLOOR
Large kitchen with fireplace, living room, large dining room with fireplace and two bathrooms, one for disabled.
Porch of 45 square meters facing the big garden.
FIRST FLOOR
Large living room, 3 bathrooms with shower, 2 rooms with 3 single beds, 2 double rooms, 1 double room with a mezzanine, for a total of 13 beds.
The house is suitable for families and groups of friends wishing to spend a pleasant stay in the quiet countryside. Excellent setting for workshops, seminars and private parties.
A 300 Euros deposit is required for your stay and it will be refunded when leaving

Reservations are weekly and they go from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in is from 4pm to 8pm, showing a valid personal document.
Check out has to be made before 10am.

Weekly Linen Change
Linens and towels are changed once a week. Extra Linen change is charged €8 per person. Guests are asked to not use the bath towels outside the apartment.
Extra Cleaning
Extra cleaning of the apartment, refrigerator, kitchen and kitchenware is available under request at the cost of € 100,00.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open from May to October from 9am to 7:30 pm.
The pool is for a private use only and exclusively reserved for the farmhouse guests.
Guests are asked to:
Use the pool shower before entering
Do not dive
Do not bring food, bottles or glasses inside
Do not leave children alone
Do not use the towels provided for the farmhouse in the swimming pool
TV and Music Devices
Between 2pm to 4pm and between 11pm to 9am guests are asked to keep down the volume of TV and music devices.
Provided Remote Controls and Keys
The loss or the damage of Gate remote control , TV remote control and the room keys will be charged.
Safety and Security
The management is not responsible for personal items left unattended in the apartments or in common areas.
Pets
Guests are asked to inform the management about their pets.
€ 50 will be charged per pet per week.
Pets should never be left unattended in the apartments or in the common areas.
It is forbidden to make them stay on beds or sofas.
Owners are responsible of any damage caused by them.
